Enclave: Croydon is fifty storeys high with seven floors of private curated amenities. Enjoy the privacy of your own home, plus fitness, wellness, work and socialising as an extension of your studio - all under one roof with unrivalled service. We want to make your life easier, that's why we're removing the stress of utility bills and providing all-inclusive rents with 30 amenities for you to enjoy, all-in.

• Reception/Lobby Lounge - Enter the reception area via the Lobby Lounge, where you can relax in comfortable seats or speak with a member of our 24-hr team. To the left as you enter is a helical staircase that takes you up to the Launderette on the mezzanine level
• Mail Room - A mail room with electronic access via fob or resident key. Use your fob to open your mailbox and retrieve your mail. We also have a separate parcel safe store where residents can collect parcels, using an app to access to the room
• Launderette -Resident launderette, located on the mezzanine above reception. Preceded by a seating area outside and complete with fussball table and additional seating inside, enjoy a game or have a read while waiting for your wash to complete
• Makers Space - An area with a dedicated table to fix your bike and/or other appliances as needed. This space has a TULU locker installed with access to a tool box, electric hoover, snacks, drinks and more
• Music Room -Located on level 1, a space to enjoy making and listening to music. Resident events are held in the this space, and there is also an electric piano, electric drum kit, four guitars and a record player with records
• Tulu Lockers - Located within our Makers Space, the lockers contain items to hire including a tool box, iron, air fryer, electric hoover and more
• Co-working lounge - Beautifully designed areas to help you focus and enable you to work with others or alone
• Cook & Go Stations - Located on level 2, this area is ideal for residents working in the co-working lounge, conference room or solo workstations, that want to whip up a quick lunch or snack in between working sessions
• Reading room - Sit back and relax with a book or magazine. Located on level 48, our reading room provides comfy sofas and tables with a backdrop of stunning views to help transport your mind
• Quiet Working - An area where you can work free from noise and distraction
• Communal Seating - A lounge area with comfy seats where you can relax, work, read or chat among others
• Solo Workstations - For times when you just need to get your head down and concentrate. Four desks where you can work completely alone without distraction from others
• Conference Room - Ideal for if you need to invite colleagues over to brainstorm, want to join a conference call with others or if you need to hold a meeting with someone that's external from your company, but actually work from home
• Refreshment Station - Located in the co-working area, keep your fluids topped up and your mind alert with a tea, coffee or water from our Refreshment Station
• Gym - Located on level 3, workout in the cardio zone, yoga/spin studio, free weights or personal exercise area
• Multifaith Space - A quiet location set aside for contemplation or prayer
• Podcast Studio - Record alone or with friends - a space to get creative, chatty or maybe even have a debate. Practise makes perfect and with a podcast studio in your own home you won't need to worry about running out of time
• Spa - Relax in our comfortably spa and enjoy the use of the steam room, sauna, two experience showers, recliner beds and general wellbeing areas
• Switch-off Studio - Leave your phone in a locker at the door - this is an area free from technology, so that you can relax and completely switch off. Take time for yourself to relax and rejuvinate from your busy city lifestyle
• Yoga studio - An area for you to roll out your mat and have space for regular yoga practice. Join a group session when scheduled or bring your own yoga teacher to make use of the space and have a 1:1 lesson
• Green Screen Studio - An opportunity to get creative and produce video files with the use of the green screen
• Wellness area - A dedicated area on level three with seating and tables, where you can relax or focus in a calm environment
• Private Dining - Located on level 47, our private dining rooms are perfect for social gatherings, working lunches or intimate dinners. Cook, eat & entertain in style, all whilst taking in the stunning views
• Dining Lounge - Located on level 47, choose from a range of dining areas and kitchens including a Show Kitchen, Private Dining Rooms, Social Private Dining Rooms (larger spaces), Intimate Private Dining Rooms (smaller spaces), Communal Cooking and a Dining Lounge
• Show Kitchen - Within our Sky Dining floor, we have our Show Kitchen - an open plan kitchen space where you can arrange a cooking class, hold a cooking demonstration or enjoy one of our cooking resident events
• Communal Cooking - Do you like to chat while you cook? You never need to feel alone at mealtimes - our communal cooking areas are perfect for those evenings where you don't have plans, but also don't want to cook and eat alone
• Sky Dining - Level 47 is dedicated to dining in the Sky with outstanding views from all windows. We have private dining rooms of differing sizes - to cater for group celebrations as well as more intimate occasions and communal cooking areas, a dining lounge and show kitchen aswell.Bar Lounge - Located on level 48, for the exclusive use of our residents and any friends they may choose to bring along. Enjoy a wine from our wine dispenser or feel free to bring your own. Regular resident events will be held here, and we welcome you to relax, kick back and enjoy the view
• Cinema - Located on level 48 with 12 comfy seats. Watch your favourite movies or programmes on the big screen
• Games Room - Located on level 48, enjoy a game of pool or table tennis, perfect your aim at darts, enjoy a game of poker or get stuck into a board game. This floor has stunning views where you can see for miles, so if you're not in the mood to play this is also a great area to relax, soak up the atmosphere and take in the view
• Poker Room - Bring friends in for a game or play with other residents - try your hand at poker with a seat around the table in our dedicated Poker Room
• Dining Lounge - Located on level 47, choose from a range of dining areas and kitchens including a Show Kitchen, Private Dining Rooms, Social Private Dining Rooms (larger spaces), Intimate Private Dining Rooms (smaller spaces), Communal Cooking and a Dining Lounge
• Sky Library - Located on level 47, enjoy comfy seating with a stunning view. The perfect spot to take up a book and get lost in your imagination
• Big Screen Sports - Displayed on the large TV in the Bar Lounge on level 48, we have all of the latest subscriptions to ensure you never miss an important match or game
• Darts Alley - Perfect your aim in the darts alley, set up a league for some friendly competition or just head up there alone to enjoy a game solo
• Private Dining - Located on level 47, our private dining rooms are perfect for social gatherings, working lunches or intimate dinners. Cook, eat & entertain in style, all whilst taking in the stunning views
• Private Screening - This is in addition to the 12-seat cinema and will enable you to watch your favourite programmes or films in a more intimate group setting. Think Love Island nights, or movie marathons with friends. When not being used for group events, this area will also be available for private screenings
• Sky Garden - At the top of the building you will find the Sky Garden, which you can access via the lift or helical staircase from level 48. Located at the front of the rooftop, next to the London viewpoint, with relaxed seating for your convenience. Take a drink, your lunch, your dinner or a book up, enjoy some rooftop yoga or just relax alone or with friends soaking up the sun and taking in the view
• Entertainment Area - This area on the rooftop is where some of our resident events events will be held. Cocktails, drinks receptions, BBQ's, screenings of big sporting events... we can't wait to welcome you
• Wellbeing Garden - Take a seat and relax on the rooftop in our Wellbeing Garden. Surrounded by greenery and with stunning views that reach for miles, this is an area to take time for yourself.London Viewpoint - Situated at the front end of our rooftop that aligns with College Road, look out and take in the sweeping views of London
