U&A is a brand new, purpose-designed apartment development made up of two buildings - Armouries House and Unity House.

There's very little recorded history of what was once on the site, although it's thought to have been linked with the city's arms manufacturing industry, which was concentrated in Digbeth during the 18th century. In the 1900's, Unity House was home to the 'Imperial Amateur Boxing Club', after which it was operated as the Rose & Crown pub before becoming the regional headquarters for several trade unions. Hence the Name U&A, which is short for Unity & Armouries

Dandara Living is one of the UK's leading providers of homes designed specifically for people who want to rent, and we currently look after almost 3,000 apartments across the country.

We think about how we can make life a bit easier for the people who live in our developments, by providing spaces residents can use either for working in or as places to spend time with friends and neighbours; we include free high-speed broadband as standard, and have management and maintenance teams based onsite to provide help and assistance when you need it.

Please note that show home photos have been used for marketing purposes and furnishings, layouts, fixtures and fittings may vary.
