Love to Rent Awards launch to celebrate excellence in the BTR sector

Love to Rent is excited to announce the launch of their dedicated Build to Rent awards, supported by the British Property Federation and the UKAA. Love to Rent is the first and leading digital marketing platform exclusively for the Build to Rent sector, developed with customers’ needs at the forefront. These awards will solely focus on this fast-growing sector and give Build to Rent providers, suppliers, and developments award winning status which customers can take confidence in.

These exclusive awards will showcase and recognise excellence in the Build to Rent sector and will be judged by a panel of industry experts. The categories will look at every aspect of Build to Rent, unlike most traditional property awards that may just have one or two categories for Build to Rent.

“The Love to Rent awards will shine a spotlight on the Build to Rent sector and recognise and reward developers for their innovation in this fast-paced industry,” says Love to Rent Founder Anne-Marie Brown. “Love to Rent was created from a very true realisation that the traditional property portals didn’t differentiate between Build to Rent homes and buy to let and other private rented sector homes. It was always part of the vision to create these awards to reflect these differences and reward developers who are raising the profile of Build to Rent.”

The Love to Rent awards final will be held on Friday November 3rd at The Londoner in Leicester Square. Full details of the event will be revealed over the next few weeks on a dedicated awards website.

“A lot of people have put a lot of hard work into creating the Build to Rent sector over the past decade. The Love to Rent awards are a welcome recognition of their efforts, the excellence within the sector, and the innovation that it has provided” says Ian Fletcher, Director of Policy (Real Estate) at the British Property Federation. “I hope the awards will also raise awareness of the sector amongst consumers and communicate the high standards the sector sets itself. It provides an opportunity to involve developers too, and to flag to other stakeholders that this is a growing sector, which is proudly focused on providing more quality homes.”

Each award will be judged against a distinct criteria, ensuring the judging process is transparent and fair. The awards also provide sponsorship opportunities, giving companies the chance to be seen within the industry and to highlight their offerings.
