Build to Rent Awards 2023 go live and first sponsor announcement

Entries are now open for the Build to Rent Awards 2023, hosted by Love to Rent, the first and leading digital marketing platform exclusively for the Build to Rent sector. Full details of all the categories and entry requirements are now live on www.lovetorentawards.co.uk as well as details about how to secure tickets and tables.

There are only a limited number of sponsorship opportunities available and the Love to Rent team are delighted to announce the first sponsor is Show House magazine, sponsoring the Build to Rent Developer Award. Show House magazine is the leading trade title for UK housebuilders and new homes suppliers, read by all the key decision-makers and influencers in the industry.

“We are delighted to have the opportunity to sponsor the first ever Love to Rent Awards and create further connections and industry collaborations with the very best in the sector,” says Daniel Hill, Managing Director at Globespan Media. “Show House is a must-read publication for senior decision makers in housebuilding and covers a wide range of subject areas including Build to Rent, a sector that continues to grow in popularity for both investors and the general public alike.”

The opportunity to sponsor one of the categories for the Build to Rent Awards, not only attracts visibility and brand recognition from the industry but it also shows how businesses can demonstrate their commitment to the sector and establish themselves as leaders in their field.

Both sponsors and those entering either as a supplier, developer, operator or investor, will be able to attend the event at The Londoner, the world’s first super boutique hotel overlooking bustling Leicester Square. The awards ceremony will be a chance to celebrate and reward the incredible efforts that everyone puts into the Build to Rent sector and sponsors will be able to make the most of networking opportunities, connecting with other leaders in the industry and associated sectors. The Build to Rent Awards will attract a diverse group of attendees, providing a unique opportunity to attract new leads and make valuable connections.

There are eleven categories to potentially enter, with full criteria information and guidelines listed on the website. The lineup of experienced judges, from various parts of the industry, has been finalised and will be shared shortly. The diverse team of judges have a range of knowledge and skills to provide a robust mix of expertise across the whole Build to Rent spectrum. The entry deadline is June 30 and the judging will be split over two phases. The first will be where the panel will independently judge against the criteria and provide an overall score and comment. The second stage of the judging will bring the judges together for a full day to discuss their scoring and to make the final decisions together on all categories.

“Winning or being shortlisted for a Build to Rent Award will certainly enhance reputation and give those entering a chance to demonstrate the high quality of their work, both to peers and the general public,” says Founder Anne-Marie Brown. “Achieving recognition through these awards will not only increase employee engagement but we also believe it will generate significant media attention, leading to amplified exposure, setting the winners apart from the competition.”
