HELLO TO LOVE TO RENT

The inspiration for developing Love to Rent came from a realisation that the traditional property portals do not differentiate between the institutional Build To Rent product and the sea of buy to let and other private rented sector homes.  Much work has been carried out on how to deliver the Build To Rent homes and services and the benefits are understood within the housing industry, this site will promote the lifestyle choice and quality of product, service and security benefits that it offers.
 
Lifestyles are changing -  a new tenure has been developed for a new market for those who can’t afford to get on the property ladder but still want a quality well maintained home that they feel secure in and those who could afford to buy but choose a lifestyle that is flexible and fluid with quality, security and maintenance free.
 
Love to Rent is the portal that will be accessible to all organisations developing and delivering Build To Rent homes, showcasing the amenities, facilities and services that the developments have to offer.
