Love to Rent founder Anne-Marie Brown has been announced as a winner in the Build to Rent category in this year’s Property Management 50 Awards.
The awards recognise the commitment, drive and determination of the people that push the sector forward and celebrates excellence in all levels of the residential property management industry, from managing agents to Build to Rent providers and the suppliers who support them.
Anne Marie Brown comments, “I am thrilled to win this award and have the work that Love to Rent has done to raise the profile of Build to Rent recognised by the industry. From the outset our vision has been to change the way people see renting and provide them with an easy to use portal which helps customers find exactly what they are looking for and explore the many unique benefits that Build to Rent homes have to offer, all in one place.”
The judges commented, “Anne-Marie is passionate about raising the profile of quality rented homes. She continually promotes the great lifestyle and benefits these homes deliver along with the confidence and security customers get through the professional management services provided.”
In May Love to Rent launched Love to Rent Week, the first customer awareness week for Build to Rent along with a customer focused video explaining Build to Rent. In just one week, growth to the website increased by 70% and the video was viewed over 50,000 times on You Tube.
This September also sees another first, with Love to Rent being the first ever exclusive Build to Rent exhibitor at this year’s London Home Show (18th September) at Queen Elizabeth II Centre, Westminster, championing the choices available to customers and why renting can be a perfect option for their next home.
